OLIVEDA, SA will process the user’s data automatically/manually for the following purposes:

-Providing information about our products.

-Managing consultations and requests for information.

-Managing requests for information and bookings relating to enotourism.

The legitimate basis for managing consultations and requests for information and bookings is OLIVEDA, SA’s legitimate interest in carrying out this processing in accordance with the applicable regulations, and your express consent.

9. What security measures do we implement to take care of your data?

OLIVEDA, SA will at all times process your data in complete confidentiality and will maintain the required obligation to secrecy regarding it, in accordance with what is laid down in the applicable regulations, and will, for this end, take the technical and organisational steps needed to guarantee the security of your data and prevent its alteration, loss and unauthorised processing or access, taking into account the state of the art in technology, the nature of the stored data and the risks to which it is exposed.

OLIVEDA, SA will adopt the relevant and obligatory measures laid down in the Personal Data Protection Regulations, in particular:

  • Staff duties and obligations

  • Registering for events

  • Managing media and documents

  • Access control

  • Identification and authentication

  • Backup and recovery copies

 

In other cases, OLIVEDA SA will take the necessary and compulsory measures in accordance with local regulations.

 

The documents will be available at the request of the User or Client.

 

10. Changes to the privacy policy

OLIVEDA, SA reserves the right to modify this Privacy Policy to ensure it is compliant with any legislative changes that might take place. In these cases, it will announce on its website the changes introduced with a reasonable advance notice of them taking effect.
